MANUSCRIPT FORMAT AND STRUCTURE
Basics
Font: Calibri (size 12, line spacing 1.5).
Number of characters should not exceed 25 000 (including title page and references).
References and citation: Harvard citation style (in-text citation + reference list).
Footnotes exclusively for comments.
File format: .doc/.docx
Manuscript should include:
Front page
- name/s and surname/s of contributor/s,
- contact details to contributors with indication of corresponding contributor (CC),
- affiliation,
- title,
- abstract (max. 1000 characters),
- key words (3-5),
- in case of funding of research there should be information provided in asterix after the title.
Text requirements
Article should contain introduction and summary.
Article should be divided in sections (includig „Introduction” and „Summary”).
Each section can be divided in subsections.
Headings should not exceed three levels:
- First level (Roman prefix, sentence-cased, bold, flush-left):
I. Headline. - Second level (Alphabetical prefix, sentence-cased, bold, flush-left):
A. Headline. - Third level (Numerical prefix, sentence-cased, bold, flush-left):
1. Headline.
Citation style and references:
We require Harvard citation style:
- in-text citation (Surname, date, page),
- full reference at the end of the text – references should be organised alphabetically,
- footnotes should be used only for comments.
